Why I make 30k plus per month in the network marketing industry. The secret is in building relationships from start to success. I was taught early on that in network marketing you have to do these seven easy things: 1. Create and master your personal story -- it does not matter if you have had success or not. Talk about why you joined and who you are. Promote youself and your uniqueness as an individual 1st, the company 2nd. People want to know who you are so they can relate. It is all about developing rapport, which leads to a relationship. 2. Become a marketer so people call you! Market yourself, your family, your story, your experiences along with your business. This develops rapport before you even talk to the prospects. 3. Establish rapport early on in your relationships with each prospect by really listening to what they want and genuinly show a willingness to help them achieve their goals by asking questions that guide them to their ultimate short term goals. 4. Talk to your new associates every week day for at least their first 30 days. Once someone signs up with you, have a conversation with them every weekday by phone for at least the first 30 days whether it is 5 minutes or 30 minutes. Set aside an hour or two every day for this most important activity. This will help you get to know your associates and them to know you. This daily activity will drastically decrease your attrition rates and dramtically improve your duplication. The effects of this are everlasting in so many good ways. 5. Have a simple outlook on the process and company you are promoting and your associates will too. Teach your associates the power of simplicity in their daily actions. 6. Be enthusiastic with everyone you speak with- it is all about attitude and passion. No one will follow you if you are not passionate and excited about what you are doing. 7. Engulf yourself in personal development and self discovery to find out more about why you are who you are. This will also help you bring out the best in your associates.
